ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Brady's Handmade Nets

 

Here at Brady's Handmade Nets, we take pride in our nets and appreciate our customers.  We want you to have the best nets available.  We provide a One Year Warranty as follows:

 

For a period of one year from the time of purchase of your net, if the net has defects in materials or workmanship, then Brady's Handmade Nets will repair/ rebuild your net.

Customer is required to pay return shipping.

 

To qualify for this warranty, you must:

• provide a copy of your receipt showing proof of purchase and the purchase date

• provide three photos of the damage to the net, and

• provide a description of the damage to the net.

 

A warranty claim should be emailed to the email address on the website.  Once Brady's Handmade Nets receives a warranty claim, the staff at Brady's Handmade Nets will determine if it appears the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, in which case an email will be sent to you instructing you to pay the shipping and handling fee on our website payment link. Brady's Handmade Nets will then repair or rebuild the and return same to you as soon as possible.  This typically takes about 2-3 weeks.  

 

Once we receive your net, if the staff at Brady's Handmade Nets determines the damage is not due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will discuss repair options with you and determine a price for the repair.
